2019 Bankruptcy court rules that it has sole jurisdiction

On June 7, 2019, the bankruptcy court rules that it has sole jurisdiction to approve the amendment, cancelation, or renegotiation of contracts if it would help PG&E satisfy its creditors’ claims and complete its reorganization.
