In 1929, the Superior Court issues the Stanislaus River Decree. The Decree confirms the Sierra and San Francisco Power Company (now PG&E) holds the following rights on the South Fork Stanislaus River: a.) 52 cubic feet per second, with a priority of 1851. b.) 5,199 acre-feet of storage, with priorities from 1856 to 1897. c.) 16,710 acre-feet of storage, with a priority of 1911.
